The purpose of the website: www.tudona.net along with its subdomains or redirects is to establish the digital presence of the company, and advertise its services in both Full-Service Marketing and Digital Marketing, which are offered digitally or virtually.

Training
Tudonanet offers free training for some services such as email marketing list management and maintenance of e-commerce and websites. If additional training is required for understanding/refreshing or due to employee turnover, additional training will be provided upon budget approval.
Marketplace
The Marketplace is contracted individually, i.e., billed individually for each platform used. Example: Mercado Livre, Amazon, B2W, Magazine Luiza, among others.
Website or E-commerce Maintenance
Website or e-commerce hosting does not include maintenance services like changes, additions, or deletions of photos, banners, content, products, or services. Such tasks will only occur upon budget approval.
Email Accounts
In the case of hosting with email accounts, we emphasize the use of Outlook given its server-side copy feature when accessing WEBMAIL, which may incur an additional cost to the contracted service package.
Improper Use of Email
Ensuring the correct handling of email distribution, particularly concerning the number of recipients per send, is essential to avoid triggering spam filters. Misuse could lead to email blocking or even suspension of the domain on the server.
Facebook and Instagram Ads
The hiring of Facebook and Instagram Ads is grounded on boosting the brand within digital social media. This service does not include the production of images and posts for the mentioned media.
Exemption and Liability
Tudonanet is responsible for delivering certified, i.e., licensed digital services. The operation for carrying out activities, also through licensed resources and the implementation of information security measures to protect the data of both visitors and customers.
Tudonanet disclaims any responsibility for the use of unauthorized and unqualified third parties to operate the internal and administrative part of the website, e-commerce, or other services that include the administrator's panel. The client is solely and exclusively responsible for keeping their computer, smartphone, or tablet free of viruses and updated with the operating system version and software used to access the website, e-commerce, and other offered services. The client commits to fulfilling the best security practices when accessing the Internet, thus ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the services delivered by the contracted and controller Tudonanet.
Guidance to Policies
The policies clarify how the treatment of provided data and the use of cookies by the user, visitor, or customer will be carried out. They are legally indispensable and cannot be dissociated from the Terms of Use.
